the on-the-go pen is good but...

grabbed the On-the-go Whitening Pen cause I was running low. the pen itself works great, super convenient for touch-ups. but shipping took a bit longer than my usual NatruSmile orders, like 3 extra days which was kinda annoying. still, I'll keep coming back cause their stuff actually whitens my teeth without making them super sensitive like Crest used to.

Decent product, some waiting

I purchased the Professional Strength Whitening Gel with the LED light. The product itself worked well, I did see my teeth get a few shades whiter after a couple of uses. The gel is easy to apply. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around six business days, and the tracking information wasn't updated very often. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but it would be better if the shipping updates were more frequent. Overall, it's a good value for the price, but patience is needed for delivery.

Mine were a little sensitive at first, like maybe for a day after, but it wasn't bad. Definitely not as bad as some others I've tried. They also have a desensitizing gel that helps, I picked that up later.
